
If its your first time..this is the class for you! Whether you're brand new to Pilates, just hopping on the Reformer for the first time or mastering the basics, this class is perfect for you. We’ll slow it down, focus on form, breath, and body awareness and teach you how to move with control and confidence. Expect core activation, juicy stretches, and a calm-but-spicy vibe that leaves you feeling taller, stronger, and totally in your Coco groove.

Already know your way around the carriage? This one’s for you. With increased tempo, layered progressions, and deeper core work, this class dials things up while keeping your form on point. Think full-body burn meets mindful movement, still elegant, still elevated, but with a bold twist.
You’ll shake, you’ll sweat, and you’ll strut out like the boss you are.
Please note: We recommend attending at least 5 foundation sessions before joining Intermediate & speaking to your instructor prior to moving up, this will build a solid foundation for you to get the most from your class.

Coco Mamas, this one’s for you.
At Club Coco, pre & postnatal clients are welcome to attend our Beginner classes with Our instructor Shannon, our qualified pre & postnatal instructor. These sessions will be carefully adapted to help you strengthen, restore, and reconnect with your body through safe, mindful movement.
For prenatal clients, please note we can only accept those who have attended Reformer sessions prior to pregnancy. This ensures you’re already confident on the reformer, so we can safely adapt and support you throughout your journey.
For postpartum clients, doctor clearance is required before joining, safety first, always.
Because this is more than just movement - it’s about carving out time for you, building that magical mind-body connection, and feeling supported every step of the way.
