When should I arrive for class?

Wear comfortable and fitted workout clothing, so instructors can see your form and alignment. Grip socks are required for both safety and sanitary reasons. If you do not have grip socks, you can purchase them at the front desk before class. We sell bottled water, and members are welcome to bring their own bottle to fill at the fountain..

We love newcomers at Coco Reformer! We advise joining our Foundations Classes only for your first time at our studio and recommend attending at least 5 beginner sessions to help you grow strength & confidence before taking on our intermediate sessions.  We recommend getting to class a bit early and letting your instructor know it's your first time with us! They will be happy to provide you with extra attention and modifications throughout your class! We recommend you to try a private or duet class with one of our instructors to get to know the equipment for your best Pilates experience.

Your doctor should always clear any post-pregnancy activity before returning to movement. Be kind to your body and give yourself the time you need, there’s no rush. At Club Coco, we offer dedicated pre & postnatal Reformer sessions designed to support you through every stage, with tailored movements to meet your body exactly where it’s at.
