Wear comfortable and fitted workout clothing, so instructors can see your form and alignment. Grip socks are required for both safety and sanitary reasons. If you do not have grip socks, you can purchase them at the front desk before class. We sell bottled water, and members are welcome to bring their own bottle to fill at our filtered water tap.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to your class.
We have a 12-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation within 12 hours of class it is considered a “Late Cancel” and you will lose the class credit. If you cancel before that 12-hour period that credit will be returned to your account for future use. For safety reasons, latecomers can not be admitted to class.
For safety reasons and in order not to disrupt the class in progress, clients arriving more than 5 minutes late will be refused entry.
We love newcomers at Club Coco! We advise joining our Foundations Classes only for your first time at our studio and recommend attending at least 5 beginner sessions & speaking to your instructor before taking on our intermediate sessions. We recommend getting to class a bit early and letting your instructor know it's your first time with us! They will be happy to provide you with extra attention and modifications throughout your class! We recommend you to try a private or duet class with one of our instructors to get to know the equipment for your best Pilates experience.
Your doctor should always clear any post-pregnancy activity before returning to movement. Be kind to your body and give yourself the time you need, there’s no rush. At Club Coco, we welcome pre & postnatal clients to join our Beginner Reformer classes, led by our dedicated pre & postnatal trained instructor, Shannon.
Please note: for safety, we do not accept brand new clients into our prenatal classes unless they have been attending Club Coco sessions prior to pregnancy or can prove they have previously attend reformer classes. This ensures you’re already familiar with our reformers and movement style, allowing us to safely adapt and support you throughout your pregnancy (please email us if you are unsure).
If a class is full you may join the waitlist. To do so you must purchase a class or package. If you do not get a spot in the class the class credit will be returned to your account. If a spot opens you will be added to the class and receive an email confirmation.
Please note that if you register for an available class AND waitlist yourself for another class that same day, you will be charged for both classes per our 12 hour cancellation policy.
Instructors and classes are subject to change without notice. Please visit the Club Coco Reformer class schedule for updates.
We have a changing room area to store your belongings during class and bathrooms to change in, but no showers. If you happen to be glowing after class, we provide clean-label toiletries for a quick refresh.
We’re always working to accommodate and support every client. If you have an injury, we strongly recommend consulting with a qualified doctor or physiotherapist before attending class. With certain injuries, we may suggest starting with a private session to provide personalised attention and ensure you’re supported by the most suitable instructor.
Please make sure to inform your instructor of any injuries before class so we can safely modify movements where possible. For your wellbeing, Club Coco reserves the right to decline class entry in cases of injury or other safety concerns.
We accept all major debit cards and credit cards. Coco Reformer ltd is a cash-free business.
The closest free parking (up to 1 hour) can be found directly underneath Starbucks & Tru Gym (best for early mornings/late evenings) or just across the way at the Odeon entrance.
All of our class packages, drop in classes, private sessions and retail products are sold as final sale. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or transfers on any services or products sold at our studio.
Our studio strictly adheres to a pilates grip socks policy. The purpose of the grips on the sock are to keep you steady during movements on the reformer. This is for your own safety, hygiene and to allow for maximum mobility in all movements ensuring a safe and effective experience on the equipment.
From time to time, photography or filming may take place in the studio for promotional use. If you’d prefer not to appear, please let your instructor know before class.
You’re welcome to take personal or social photos, but please do so respectfully and without capturing other clients without their consent.
